In our domestic Japanese operations, we source waste paper from local collection firms and supply it to recycled pulp mills or trading companies. Meanwhile, we purchase paper pulp from recycled pulp mills and then supply it to paper manufacturers or trading companies. Among these, our waste paper transactions are mainly domestic, while our paper pulp is exported to East Asia and Southeast Asia. For cross-border operations, we procure waste paper from suppliers in the U.S. and arrange direct shipments to pulp mills or paper manufacturers in Malaysia. This business model demonstrates our capabilities in seamless global logistics operations and supply chain coordination.
